Opening Ceremonies for Softball

We had our opening ceremony for softball tonight.  Brynley and I are sporting our lovely BRIGHT orange team shirts!

  Mason wanted in on the picture taking, they just happened to be the blue team!  This was actually a cute pic of Mason, to bad his dad is a goon!

Weekend in C'ville

 Gigi and Papa got four new chicks!

 Wow!  A few years ago I never would have let her walk out of the house looking like this, now it doesn't really bother me so much!

 This wasn't in C'ville, but it was too cute not to put in.  Last week we had a thunderstorm and Daisy was terrified!  I went into our room and she had gotten into our closet and jumped in the laundry basket!  Poor baby!

Mason!

Here's a little of what Mason has been up to lately.  He loves to play with Legos, hot wheels, his little imaginext people.  He also loves playing baseball, tag, football and wrestling Jeff.  And don't forget his obsession with country music and dancing!!

 Since we went swimming at the hotel he's gotten braver at bath time.  He loves to lay back in the water and relax!  He's going to have a week of swimming lessons with Jenny this summer and he's very excited about it!

 We all know that Mason can be a little ORNERY at times, but he can also be a real sweetie pie (especially at nap time)!

 We got the bikes out last weekend.  Jeff and I took Mason down the road.  It took 20 min.  He would ride for a foot and put the breaks on and then we'd have to get him started again.  

Then we went out with some kids down the block and he took off, never putting the breaks on.  He was totally playing us!!  By Sunday he was riding very well and could even turn around without getting off of his bike.

 Here's Brynley.  She was much braver this year as well.  She was zooming up and down the road, sometimes making me a little nervous!

Easter 2013

We had a wonderful Easter with family.  The kiddos were spoiled as usual by all their wonderful grandmas and grandpas!

The kids were so excited to open their Easter baskets from Nani and Papa D!

1st Grade Music Concert

Brynley had her music concert in March.  They did a great job!
